Cancellation Policy - Traveller Tour India

​We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and transparency, our cancellation policy is outlined below:

​1. Cancellation Charges:

​30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as a processing fee.

​15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.

​7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.

​Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided (100% retention).

​2. Refund Process:

​All cancellation requests must be sent via email to [info@travellertourindia.com].

​Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.

​3. Important Notes:

​No refunds will be applicable for "no-shows" or unused services during the trip.

​In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best to reschedule your trip instead of cancellation.
